Tommy Wayne Y'all !

Beard is accused of picking up intoxicated college women from Tuscaloosa bars. When he was arrested, police said they found photos on his phone of the unconscious, clothed women in his backseat that focused on their "breast and crotch area."

well, those are the best areas.

So the Uber driver he was caught impersonating was known for wearing a fake penis?

Court records also said, when 62-year-old Beard was arrested, he was wearing a "fully-erect" artificial penis.

Additionally, investigators said when they searched Beard's car they found a loaded gun and a bottle of hair conditioner.

Who knew a story like this would be so big that NBC Montana is picking it up?

He took pictures of passed out women. Not illegal.

He is charged with Kidnapping. He did not force them in his car and did no harm to them while they were in his presence.

He is also charged with impersonating an Uber driver, or whatever. Isn't the fine for this about $3.50?

And last, he was wearing a strap on. Is that against the law? I seriously have no idea.

I mean - who would pay money for a limp artificial penis?

Probably couldn't get it up, but still wanted the power of fricking someone. Plus no proof of DNA

Part 3 leads to Part 2 which makes Part 1 illegal. And Part 4 is gross, but especially egregious when you place it in the context of 3,2,1.

Edit to clarify:

Lying about who you are to get someone in your car is kidnapping. Regardless of whether you hurt them or not. Woman pretends to be a friend of your parents to get you into her car is kidnapping you.

Having kidnapped someone and then taking sexually suggestive pictures of them is most definitely illegal and exploitive.

Photographing someone when there is a reasonable expectation of privacy is a crime.

Jesus Christ, why don't you just go ahead and tell us where you buried the bodies?

I am not a legal expert so some of the stuff he is charged with makes no sense to me. You changing that into burying bodies is creepy and projecting. Are you trying to out yourself Sean Vincent?

I can't lure women into my car under false pretenses while wearing a fake penis and carrying a loaded gun? I'm sorry, I thought this was America!

This was reported by an NBC affiliate in Montana?

Hair conditioner?

That’s an odd detail to include, unless the guy was styling the women’s hair before taking the photos.

I guess anything is possible. Why was this dude wearing a prosthetic penis?

And why didn’t the article tell what eventually happened to the drunk women in his car? Did he bring them to their destination?
