Austria tricked people into thinking Beethoven was Austrian and Hitler was German

The history reported about him (or actually lack of all the information) has led to a lot of confusion about the man, I’ll say that.

The fact people walk around and think Stalin wasn’t all the bad is staggering. Mention Hitler and you’d think he was the devil himself.

That’s Mikey Day in that video. What a trip.

I'm not a regular SNL watcher, so I don't know the revolving cast, but every now & again, a skit becomes an instant classic. A couple of years ago, when I saw Nate Bargatze in the hilarious "Washinton's Dream" sketch, I had to know if Nate wrote it. He didn't. It was written by Mikey Day (& Streeter Seidell). So, I looked up Mikey Day and realized then he was in the Washington sketch as cast member. Blast from the past now knowing he was in the viral Blaine sketch as well.

I just looked up the Blaine actor (Mitch Silpa). He's an SNL writer now as well, among other sitcom bit parts & writing credits.

Do you want me to get into all the Nazi inventions that we use to this day?

I can if you have time.

Shin Lim’s first performance on Penn & Teller’s “fool us”… the first time I watched it I would’ve sworn that dude sold his soul to the devil, my mind was fricked after watching that dude.

OP posts an innocent thread about magic and three quarters of the thread is just bitching about politics. Some of y’all are some miserable motherfrickers
