Well hers will be brought up in a blown up way. I have a problem with her letting herself get so wasted. To be fair, none of this happens if she just would have had better control about her own alcohol intake. However that DID happen and the dudes who took advantage of state of mind and imo did things that they should not have.

Meh, I think the boys in this case walk or get convicted of way lesser charges.

Jury composition will be huge.

This does not negate the fact that she was taken advantage of.

If you follow the case, this is hard to argue with. Now with the judge assigned to this case it seems almost inevitable.

It has been shared in closed door meetings that Rice's killer no longer walks among the living. No one in law enforcement will go on the record regarding that though.

So they called in Mike McLusky to handle?

This is the one that stings.

Both sting for different reasons.

Allie Rice because she seemed to be making all the right choices and now no one seems to care to try to find her killers.

Madison Brooks because it highlights so much of what has gone wrong in our society and country. The spiral of bad choices leads to horrible consequences and callous attitudes toward other human beings of many involved in the incident at the time it occurred.

You see a common element in these two cases? I am certain you can find many more with the same element. You have to be an idiot not to see that the plan, by those who have current "social influence", is to drag those cases on until they believe that the majority of people have forgotten that they exist.

Maybe there should be some billboards up on I-110 to remind people of these cases.

Unfortunately the road to justice is going to be a long one that will involve a complete destruction of her character. It is sad because she has been gone for almost 2 years now. We all did dumb things in college. For the family to get justice it will take all of her dumb things to come to light.

I have no clue if I could sit and stomach that as a parent. Just a terrible situation all around.

I guess you haven’t seen the autopsy report that shows none of the 4 defendants DNA was on the victim…. This isn’t a clear cut case like many assume/want it to be

Justice could very well be not guilty verdicts returned by the jury

She was a sorority girl who liked to party and have casual sex. She willingly drank alcohol and went along with those guys, and put herself in a dangerous situation. Sorry, but her parents should have done a better job of teaching her in how not to be taken advantage of

I think they called in Pippi and Cross De Luna and requested a communion, not a confirmation.

No. You know that’s not what I’m saying.

But she made that conscious decision to go along with them. And because of that, she’s not here. Choices have consequences.

No you are saying her choices resulted in her being raped and killed… by others . simple as that..

I have gotten in cars while drunk with other people leaving the bar that I met.. they did not rape and kill me..

Again you are a POS.
