I mean that makes sense. Likely some young man involved in shootings regularly. Not unsurprising he kills somone. Then a short time later is just killed due to some other drama.

That theory is a what you know v. what you can prove, thing. They "know" (have a really good idea) who did it, but don't have enough evidence to name the decedent as a suspect.

2. Only 2 of the occupants had sex with her, not 3
3. They didn't "dump" her.
With this story in particular, people just make shite up. I try not to comment on the story much because of this. There are lots of people who conceptualize this as a literal "hold her down and rape her" situation where they literally dumped her in the middle of a road where she gets hit almost immediately after.
