sounds like you should be mad at yourself for feeding the dog beans.

Ironically, I beat the shite out of one of my geldings this morning because he was being stupid in his stall. I figured if he was gonna be scared of something, I'd give him something to be scared about. I know it was the wrong thing to do, but I felt much, much better after I beat his arse.

I love dogs, but my dog bites a family member, it is going somewhere else.

You did that, why would you be mad at your dog because you gave him food he shouldn't eat.

I was pretty pissed off the time I had pull my ex wife's thong out my labs arse so he could start pooping again. I felt bad for the little guy but was pissed. I guess we didn't name him deek for nothing though.

Went out drinking with some friends on a Saturday to watch a game. Ended up almost all the bars were full so we decieded to go to this hibachi place. I got dropped off at the house, had me a sh!t beer and then a shower beer before I watched one of those 10:00 games from the west coast. Well as everyone knows Hibachi leftovers are 10 times better than the original, so I heat it up and bring it in the living room with the game about to start. My phone starts ringing from my bedroom so I run in there and answer it cause it was my buddy that dropped me off and I was worried. He just wanted to say I forgot my jacket in the truck. Walk back to the living room and my food is gone and my last beer was in the floor, drank too much to go get more beer and food. I ended up not watching the game I was so mad.

Oh frick, sounds like something from a comedy movie.

But to answer the question probably the time my cat was trying to wake me up and stabbed me in the eye. Couldn't open it for the rest of the day. I grabbed her and threw her out of my room

In the winter, my Aussie will find copperheads and dig them out where they are hiding. I'm standing behind her, she finds two and slings the first one right out at me and it lands on my boot. I yell, dog comes out and kills it. I bought snake proof leggings after that.

It was cold enough that the snake was probably not a big threat, but it scared the shite out of me.

My Border Collie knows our house rule - food that falls on the floor is fair game, other food is not. I busted her casually and slowly pushing a burger off the coffee table.

I have two, and they are both examples of me more pissed at myself than at my pet after further contemplation:

We have a boxer mutt (mixed with some sort of hound or possibly a dane, not really sure)

When he was 5 or 6 months old, I was living in a 1 bedroom apartment in Buckhead. I had a work golf tournament and I was completely trashed by the time I got home. After taking him for a short walk, I passed out.

I woke up in the middle of the night to find that the puppy pulled up half of the carpet in the living room. He basically worked away at one corner of the room and managed to get the carpet up and then proceeded to pull it up from that corner. There was also poop and piss everywhere.

The second time was a couple of years later. My wife's parents live in Albuquerque, so whenever she went to visit, she would bring back a delicious carne adovada burrito with green chile from our favorite burrito place out there. She would freeze it and bring back it. After thawing it and reheating it, it was sitting on the counter to cool. We walked away for 10 seconds and came back to find that the burrito had been completely devoured. This was the first (and not the last) time that he was able to sneak our food off of the counter. Again, our fault, but I didn't hide the fact that my fat arse was enraged at that mutt in that instant.

My Jack Russell Tore My Daughter's ear off. Well It was dangling by some skin. Was a terrible stroke of luck as she was two years old and went to push him off her little kiddie chair in the living room. He was sleeping and startled and snapped as she pulled away. Yannnnnkkk RIPPPP.

28 stitches later at the brand new(this was like 2005) Lake After Hours at YMCA Plaza she was all patched up.

Stupid In-laws demanded I get rid of him after that.
frick THEM. I'm mad at them, not the dog.

He legit, not like pitbull owners, was the friendliest dog to kids and made ONE snapping motion when startled out of sleep. frickers.
I said no at first and my bitch arse SIL called Animal Control. The officer was like "yea this is very uncommon. ah well. we have to write it up in case it happens again." So they didn't take him. But I gave in.

Found him a good home on some country land so he could run and chase shite.
My poor boy.

Been around Jack Russells for 30+ years. One of the best dogs you can own. I can guarantee you he had a blast in the country. I think I would have told everyone that wanted the dog gone to kiss my arse.

I live in suburban DC. Well the GF works long hours at the hospital and I went let the dog out, feed, etc. We got locked out that is my fault I suppose. GF was supposed to leave a spare key out for emergencies...doesn't listen per usual.

Anyway, my phone and everything is inside. No money, etc. I have to wait for her to get home. 5 hours.

We were waiting on a bench near a bus stop at 10 at night. Kid and mom are walking home. The dog sits up, growls and jumps snapping at the little girl. Scared them, mom is in hysterics.

I grabbed that dumbass by the neck, look him straight in the eye and said you do that again and you're dead.

He left our home three weeks later.

Mine has in mostly order of occurrence from adoption to now.

Ate through half of my electronics power cords while I was deathly ill.

Took out my car.

Ate my club chair corner.

Covered an apt carpet in ink.

Ate several chairs to pieces.

Ate through zip ties holding a baby gate closed, mauled the millwork around a door, the door, the weatherstripping, and the grout.

I just shake my head.

Mine ate some wood as a puppy and got squirting diarrhea which was shooting out with every step, I chased his arse from our bedroom through two living rooms to catch him.

He left a brown trail on our off-white carpet the entire way.

Also had jumped on the master bed, ran through the bedroom, kitchen, sun room. Pretty much the entire house

I wasn't angry, but this one time I was on the computer and I went to the kitchen to make a sammich, since this happened before I was married. I make it, set it down at the PC, and go back for a drink. My dog was sleeping across the PC office at this time. I came back, set my drink on my napkin, and begin wondering where I put my food.

My dog is still sleeping, so I think nothing of it, and retrace my steps. I check in the fridge, counters, everywhere but can't find it. So I sit down at the computer, baffled. That's when I see it, a trail of crumbs from the keyboard, straight to my "sleeping" Jack Russell. The lil fricker had hopped on my chair like a ninja, silent and under a cloak of darkness, stolen and then devoured my sandwich, then pretended to be alseep after. I applauded his skills and didn't punish him, but had to watch him closer from then on.
