Well that guy is a moron. In this environment I wonder what will happen. One thing certain, if the homeless guy was white there would be an outcry on the charges against the black guy. Sad.

People do not need permission to call 911. Unless he put a gun to my head, I will call 911 if I feel it is needed.
People are capable of thinking for themselves unless the victim was handicapped with a mental condition. If somebody dares me to jump off a bridge and I do it, that's on me!

Perhaps not, but he is clearly breaking that Seinfeld Good Samaritan Law.
It's ridiculous he found it funny that he likely broke his neck (It ended up being a spinal injury.) It's also absurd he told people not to bother calling an ambulance.
I can imagine the outrage had the guy filming been any other color and telling others to not call for help.
