This is stupid. Guy was homeless, bad decisions are kind of his thing. No way double dog dare should result in jail time.

The vast majority of homeless are mentally ill. I'm pretty sure if you dared someone with downs syndrome or some other disease to do something potentially fatal it would be a crime.
If this was two frat boys daring each other and one got hurt I doubt there would be charges but if they refused to help or call for it that would have to be negligence. This whole thing feels very illegal.
