I lurk. I once made a beautifully sensible proposal and was roundly castigated in reply. The thread went about 5 pages or more and only about 10 people had thoughtful things to say. The rest were just downright mean and ugly...It hurt my feelings a great deal and makes me shy away. Tigrbitch08 revels in the existence of that thread.
The Q thread is one of the most bizarre things that I have ever seen that did not include a state fair or a goat fricking.

I read something and think "this person has to be trolling" then I read the comments and then think "whether they are trolling are not, there are some crazy fricking people who believe this stuff". And it gives me a headache and I stop reading.

I wish reading it were more manageable or something. It is far too daunting to start on page 1. There might be some interesting things there.
In a way it is like the stupid arse bitcoin thread on the $ board...From reading it you would think that NO ONE ever bought when it was at the top. Everyone got out at the right time....
