Those slimy lawyers are part of the reason medical care is so expensive and I am sure there are many of them crawling around looking for people who have any type of situation they can make a case out of. They justify their actions by saying they help people, who have no money, get money they deserve, etc, but I don't know how they wake up every morning knowing they make a living the way they do.. With that said, that doesn't mean every lawsuit is a frivolous lawsuit.
Doctors make mistakes and unfortunately their mistakes affect people's lives so you can't assume everyone who is suing is doing so for an easy payday. With that said, I would be curious to know what percentage of those type lawsuits are "frivolous".

Either way. Long as they cook it up right, it can be anything. I'm pretty sure there's been times my local place subbed in opossum or maybe even coon or armadillo for their cat-chicken.
