you're filing a mal practice suit because the doctors saved your life....sounds reasonable
I'm not suing the doctors who saved my life, dumbass.
I'm suing the doctors who for three months misdiagnosed congestive heart failsure for asthma and pneumonia. Not only did they almost kill me, they made my recovery far worse than it would have been had they caught this in time, they also left me with permanent damage to not only my heart but all my other major organs as well.

Read the other thread first.
I dont need to read the other thread first...I've read this book before.....I have a very close family member that works in the med field and she's constantly in and out of depositions because of people like him....I hear about these suits all the time..and these slimy lawyers that all they do is go after doctors and clinics with their low life clients looking for a hand out

Are there slimed suits and people just looking for a payday? Of course.
Are there legit malpractice cases where docotors are negligent and cause people irreparable harm? Of course.

Everyone has an opinion until it happens to them or someone they love.
Honestly, in that thread I thought you were looking for a payday initially until I read everything. By the end of the thread I saw the malpractice and changed my mind.
I'm not a lawyer but know enough about the law to say that if you have representation you have a case. It's that simple- lawyers don't work for free. A lawyer will be by shortly to confirm this.

A doctor? No. I have two. One happens to one of the most sought out and respected cardiologist in the Southeast and the other happens to be considered one of the best heart surgeons in the business.
These two men saved my life and have my unwavering respect and admiration. And both were totally shocked when they first saw my condition and then What had happened to allow me to get into such bad shape.
Then there's the fact the law firm I'm having look into this is large enough to have their own panel of medical experts. Turns out that thread I started asking the OT for legal advice got me in touch not just with some random lawyers, but a big firm with all the exprence and resources to win a case like mine.

Will they testify though?
Posted on 2/10/17 at 1:22 pm to Darth_Vader
so these 2 doctors are going to testify as expert witnesses in your case stating that
if so then good luck, I hope it works out for you

Well you would just be all pouty if I said the things I'm thinking.
The truth of the matter is, I have been lying to you. It really doesn't matter what position we use, I've had a vasectomy, so I can't give you the 100% American son you so desperately want.
There, Bitch. You want it on the O-T? You got it.

Hi there, OweO. We don't do Valentine's Day for whatever reason, but my SO and I are both out of town for work anyway.
How are you LL?
Valentine's Day is nothing more than a "commercial" holiday. People can celebrate it anyway they want, but what bothers me are the people who overdo it, but when it comes to having money for things that should be more of a priority.. they don't.

They will testify and more importantly their records will testify.
Their records will show that by the time I came under their care my liver had shut down, kidneys had shut down, even intestines and stomach had shut down. And my heart was down to 20% effectiveness. In other words, I was at best a day or so from dying before I got real help.
On the other hand, my old doctors records will show my last visit to them was only 3 days earlier. On that day they did blood work and noted my kidney functions were "abnormal", I was "severely jaundiced", massive swelling in my feet, and a heart rate of over 150. Despite all this their recommendation for me was to "lose weight and exercise"!
You tell me if that's not Malpractice.
