More like I am old and efficient. Cook and eat out of the same pot more often than not these days. Cooked the rice and set it aside. Then dropped spices, some filtered water, and catfish in the pot and sorta cooked it like pasta for a few mins. Then dropped the rice back in and stirred it a bit then topped it with shredded Mexican cheese. Took it off the heat and dropped some cubed avocados and some chopped raw Vidallia onions in and stirred some more. Took the pot to the TV room and sat on the couch with the hounds and ate it.
Tasted really good but looked like mush.

While everybody in the neighborhood knows at least 2 of them (and where to bring them as are better escape artists than Houdini) none are on TD. The howling of the hounds is well known by my next door neighbors, fortunately for me it is a very senior, senior place (average age is approaching 80) and they all have mutts of their own.
As for TD, at least 2 who do (or did) post here know me IRL and can attest that "Spooner" of Jimmy Buffet fame, did not have a life so good.
