Smoked a turkey but finishing it in the oven due to time/smoker constraints. Smoking a ham rn... Also went off script and trying smoked deviled eggs for the 1st time. Regular/standard sides.

I had baked catfish. Because when the plant bought everyone steaks they decided 2 slivers of catfish was the equivalent of a 2 lb steak.

Just 85 year old mother and I so lunch was queso chili dip and tortilla rounds. Had a can of orange cinnamon rolls for breakfast since Mom really likes them and it’s her 85th b’day today. Will have turkey sandwiches later.

I am eating peanut butter and a banana. We did T-giving with family last week because of scheduling and doing it with friends tomorrow (they do both holidays the day after so their kids with young families don't have to run all over the state).
We were going to go out to eat today but my wife got called in to work so just me and the dogos and some football.
