This is why I don’t give a frick to hear anyone’s sad story about being broke unless I’ve known you a long time and know you did the best you could.

The thing is he isn’t broke. He’s single, no kids, and everything he owns is paid off. I don’t think he has a penny of debt. He just doesn’t have a retirement account. So, as long as he keeps working he’s good.

But, like I said, he’s going on 60 and is a truck driver. Not sure how much longer he can keep working.

One more thing about him is he’s smoked like a chimney since the early 1980s. The cigarettes are starting to catch up with him.

That and serial down voter's, nothing says "I love you but ing that creepy, stalking kind of way". "Want you to love me but I may eat your liver"

lunch was 2 microwave sausage & gravy pot pies. Not great, not bad, but it is hard to go wrong when the basic ingredients are dough + sausage + gravy

What’s going on in this sausage fest?

I just ate two pancakes with a Diet Coke for lunch. That cannot be good for my prediabetic state.

mp dph, you know I’m a vegetarian. That sausage better be vegan.

Yote, I seriously need help. Give me your cardio, BJJ routine so I can lose some weight and lower my ACL. I am addicted to sugar.

ETA:
I meant A1c, lol. My ACLs are fine.

I started to take a few peptides, one of them RETA.

I go for blood work in 2 weeks. I will let you know if it is working.

I know it killed any appetite for a few weeks.

That looks like a prescription fat person’s drug. I don’t need that. I don’t wanna take any drugs. Are you injecting that or taking it orally?

I am far from fat.

It is not but could be.

It should lower your AC1. Does a number on blood sugar levels and suppresses your appetite.

That’s so very sad. I don’t even think Glassman desires you any longer.

Damn you aging process and the fact that you’ve let yourself go.
