Seriously, stay healthy till you hit 40, after that it is all downhill and harder to stay fit and keep muscle mass.

I gave up on sexy years ago.
However, your post has now inspired me. I'll swap out my vanilla creme cookies with cauliflower cookies tomorrow!

Catfish + Grits + Okra + Beans + Cornbread

Not sayin this diet will work for everybody, but I am still here

It helps to pan steam the catfish and throw fresh sliced okra in the sauce left behind. No help on the Grits or Cornbread, but not giving that up.

I prefer bananas, peanut butter, eggs, lily chocolate chips, almond flour/protein mix. I may have missed something, but it makes a good cookie that is 'healthy' enough that I can have a couple and not have to move much around on my diet.

Grits, I gre up with peanut butter, honey, and banana sandwiches. Mix the pb and honey together, spread on bread, then add sliced bananas.

You are probably too young to remember "axel grease". I think it was popular from World War II till the 1960's / 1970's to feed kids in Merica!

1/2 peanut butter (smooth, not crunchy)
1/2 strawberry preserves

In larger loads they used a kitchen mixer to blend it and the finished product looked and texture of axel grease, but boy did it taste good. Maybe try a batch on mini AS and see how he likes it.

Nope, I was stumpy and solid and way less round.
Age wise it could be a kid or maybe a grandkid.

More like this guys dad but shorter and beefier. Jeff is taller as he hugged me on set years and years ago, and he has to be at least 6 foot, so he had at least 4 to 6 inches on me.
