lunch is a gas station burrito, not a good call but was hungry when getting gas for the yard implements. Getting too tough to push the reel grass cutter so going gas and riding instead this summer.

TT, I'm trying to look sexy with summer coming. It's almost f a shirt when I run time and go to the beach season and I have a goal look and feel. So just cutting some calories and adding fiber where I can in my meals. I still have carbs and 'normal' items I have subbed them out of my meal prep kits I take for lunch. That was a big arse 4 cup meal prep container of food, subbing 1.5 of cauliflower rice vs regular long grain saves me 250 calories per meal and 60g of carbs. Those subs and a few more with my snacks and dinners have helped me stay on track losing 1.5-2lbs per week without having to vary too much on volume or change up my protein goals (250g/day).
