so within the dream, i woke up and had sleep paralysis
and like all the stuff that goes with it. the feeling of shadow people watching me and sitting on my chest, etc
i realized it was sleep paralysis, and i calmed down, tried to relax, and eventually i was able to move
then i rolled off my bed to just recoup and BOOM, i was pulled back onto my bed with an actual shadow person/demon holding me down and staring at me
then i woke up
