Nada to eat

walked the hills today at lunch, no alcohol on day 12. Sleeping much better and feel much better, won't be long till that 1st month has passed

I love these updates.

Have tons of admiration for the struggle of finding sobriety while getting healthy at the same time.

I just thought I slept like shite because that was just me, used to wake up at like 1am, 330am, 5am.

I legit sleep all the way through the night now. Also since I haven't drank, I find myself staying busy in and outside the house, just tinkering on stuff here and there.
