Good afternoon goofs and alters.
Mediterranean salad and a water.

It's enough for more than that.
I already parted it out and will have the rest when I get back from the gym tonight. I'll kill the shrimp tonight, but may just half the lo mein and finish it tomorrow with a tyson teriyaki chicken thigh and some spring veggies.
