I did a spontaneous hike in mary janes (rubber soled but not hiking shoes) midday for 2 miles to see salmon swim upstream.
I am old, chunky, have asthma, and a serious muscle/joint condition. I have no doubt greenie can ride a bike

MPt, that's not me. I like to workout, run, and cook. My PS is my media hub in the LR, but it is a rarity for it to have a game in it when mini AS isn't over. Also if I'm couch potatoing it's on da couch. Beds are for two things...and scrolling social media is not one of them.
