quote:I mean you’ve made fun of me for my deadlifts before so I’m not in terrible shape for being in my early 40s - so it’s not like I went from the couch to a 22 mile bike ride
What I'm getting at is there is no way some middle age person is gonna jump on a bike without training at the end of August and ride 22 miles
quote:this is what I was doing with my son (#3) because he needs to be done by December since he turns 18 then - this was his last badge. We did 2 2 mile rides, 2 5 mile rides, and 2 8 mile rides before the 22 miles. It wasn’t the easiest thing. Boy Scouts gives you 6 hours to do the ride. We did it in about 3 - 31/2 hours. And my son could’ve finished it a lot faster than that
I rode with my friend that was doing it for his bike riding merit badge.
Here are the requirements:

I’m not really sure why he has this sudden obsession with Grt’s workout routine.
Maybe new girl will come back and tell him all about hers.

quote:awww man!! Now I regret not inviting you. My original plan was to go to one of the breweries in Downtown Covington when we were finished - I even brought a change of clothes but I was so gross after we went to McDonald’s
I could’ve made a sign. I’m good at that.
Best fricking McDonald’s I’ve had in a while, too

That guy is a fricking douchebag creeper who needs to stay away.
It’s gross.

quote:I used to ride the W & OD trail. I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
My nanny and my parents rode that trail by Abita brewery/St. Tammany in their 50s/60s. Just how out of shape are you?

Just how out of shape are you?
You ready to hop on that magical bike and ride over 20 miles in August?
