I expected something more well written and deeper. That’s more of a simple confession clearly written after the murder than a manifesto. Calling it a manifesto is disingenuous.
Agree. Not much to it

My best guess, without researching NY law, is that none of the aggravating factors are present or they are waiting for certain evidence related to an aggravation factor before charging him with first.
Can someone explain why he is charged with 2nd degree murder and not 1st? Makes zero sense to me but I am not a lawyer. 2nd degree is like shooting while robbing a bank or something, 1st is premeditated (much like a frickkng assassination is).

Taken from someone else, "to be an american in 2024 is to realize you appreciate a brief and concise shooter manifesto"

Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument.

Doesn't even send close to the same message.
I'm not saying he's right, but no one cares if you graffiti their building.

Again…you’re trying to rationalize someone who is crazy.

They were in a time crunch. They needed a manifesto quick, fast, and in a hurry. Plus, it is the holiday season. The best manifesto writers are on vacation, and you can't trust anyone working from home these days.

...and yet:

Make sure you read the edit. I explained my reasoning.

Eventually, no one's gonna care about this guy either… Except now, he's gonna be spending the rest of his life in prison

Sure, but that's true for 99.99999% of everyone on a long enough timeline.
There's another side to this that I don't think ya'll are understanding fully. People are frustrated and tired of hearing the same old empty words.

Needs to pluck those eyebrows before they turn into Anthony Davis.

And college kids will want the guy freed from prison

And yet you still don't understand how insurance works. The policy BCBS proposed is already applies to Medicare health insurance policies. Wanna know why? Its a MEDICARE RULE intended to prevent over billing by anesthesiologists. BCBS was simply applying it to its commercial policies.
So, AGAIN... this is a CMS rule that already applies to insurance sold on the Medicare markets.
