Every single athletic organization at LSU has posted this in the last few minutes. I’m still a fan of LSU athletics but they all have one less like and follow on their social media accounts. frick this shite. I’m so disappointed that they’ve been suckered/forced into publicly supporting this SHAM of an organization.

FIFY:

Some coaches, staff and players are held hostage and forced to rally for idiotic cause.

I have zero issues with this.

But rallying for a fake cause is a bridge too far.

Free Speech Alley just doesn't make sense.
Your freedom of speech is protected everywhere, not just in some trendy safe space.

They should just worry about what happens on the field. Fans don't give a frick about their beliefs.

Being bullied and intimidated into doing this stuff means absolutely nothing for the "cause" except for making white people submissive

Fans don't recruit and fans don't coach those guys. Almost the entire lockerroom is behind what is going on, what do you think would happen if the coaches and administration didn't get on board. You are kidding your self if you don't think recruits are paying attention to stuff like this.

How about I keep watching football, and keep not giving a shite about people who hate me, just like actors and musicians.

I don't let the idiocy of celebrities or athletes affect the entertainment I consume. They have a right to their opinions and I have a right to mine.

I don't donate money to LSU and never have, except the bare minimum to get my tickets. I have put three children through there.

It’s good to know our sports programs openly endorse communism

I’m not a supporter of this BLM crap but to call it communism is ignorant. Two different things.

The irony of a school named after confederate soldiers, protesting "systemic racism"...

quote:

The moniker references Confederate era military regiments; the Louisiana troops of Robert E. Lee's Army of Northern Virginia became known as the Tigers during the Civil War after two New Orleans brigades, the Tiger Rifles and the Washington Artillery (whose logo featured a tiger's head).[3]

You think we can change the mascot to the LSU Pander Bears?
