Have you actually ever been around a smart person? Especially a super organized and particular one?

Exams are the exact kind of thing they stress about.

I would say the smarter kids stress more about exams than the middle to lower tier kids.

You have to be the dumbest son of a bitch on this board.

The people I knew who were really smart but wasn't stressed, were people who didn't have to do anything and make passing grades.

Then there were those who were really smart and their goal was to maintain a 4.0 or no less than a 3.8 or something. They were stressed out all the time.

What are they going to expect when they get out in the real world ?

Where in the real world are you subject to finals-like exams?

If the "real world" then the exams would all be open book and internet, you could ask for help, they wouldn't be timed and if you're running behind, you could stay late to finish them up.

Not exclusively. This as a blanket statement is dumb.

Some of the smartest people I knew in school stressed out all the time even though they were more prepared than anyone. It's even a super popular tv/movie trope.

Undergrad I was never stressed, law school 1L year was stressful as F. I think Miami offered this beginning my 2L year for finals

If you think normal finals are bad, go into a law school library about a week before the bar exam. You will see things you will never unsee.

I was studying from 3am to noon just to avoid the crazies
