It’s ok millennial students at the Starbucks have all come out and thrown iPhones and art history books at him. He’s now disoriented for a few more seconds.

Just passed by there. The cops are stationed at all four sides of the area but nothing active

Similar situation happened at Loyola NOLA a couple years ago to a buddy of mine, except he was in SWAT gear (not blacked out, but not the standard issue police uni).
