500 sounds very high for a "low end" in your 60s.
I will have mine around 1200 when I turn 60

Mine was about the same as yours before I started TRT. I had no idea until I had lab work done, sexual desire/performance has never been an issue, etc. but I am 55 and now I feel better than I did at 30 and am in better shape than ever.
Did your balls shrink? That freaks me out.

Do what your doctor recommends.

Let me ask you a question , and this is critical.
Have you had any urges to vote for Joe Biden ? This is one of the first signs that your low T might actually be debilitating.

Go to another. Test has many more jobs than getting your pp hard. Cardiac stuff also. If you are sub 300 your good for a script. I've been on it for about 8 years. Tried to stop once and my levels dropped to low double digits, almost teens. Needless to say I'm still on the jab

My libturd female physician didn't even want to test me for low testosterone. Was so frustrated that I may never go back to the doctor. They are all alpha men hating communists anymore.
Why would you have a female PCP as a male?

You didn’t ask a question.

yea they are never wrong
he should do his own research and ask lots of questions before just jumping on TRT or even not getting on trt. it is not something to just take lightly and just jump on cause a random doctor says too.

Not noticeably. He prescribed me HCG which was supposed to offset that possibility though.

You wont regret it, try it out for a few months and you will see a change in your life if you exercise etc.

quote:Dude, get control of your life.
I am a little over 6 ft and weigh 245 most fat around the gut.
Lose about 60 lbs. or more.
Start walking today, then work up to running.
Don't skip any days.
And stop eating too much bad food.
Watch your diet and minimize your portion sizes.
Your body is fixing to be a prison for you if you don't get it turned around.
Mercy.

is this a standard test or an extra?
my insurance doesn't want to pay for a Vit D test even though it was seriously low 6 mo ago, so I can't see them paying for T.
