Low energy, low strength, low sex drive, brain fog, possibly mood changes/depression

Yikes.
It basically sounds exactly like being hungover in your 40s, but every day! That is awful.

I'd definitely take whatever I needed to fix that.

If you're still interested in having kids, go the Clomiphene route.

50mg Clomiphene daily for 2 weeks to jumpstart T production.
.5mg Anastrozole every Monday and Thursday to keep estrodiol down.

After 2 weeks:
12.5mg every other day
.5mg Anastrozole every Monday. 1mg if overweight.

Main things to remember: as Testosterone increases, so does E2 (estrodiol). High AND low e2 causes the mood swings, low libido, etc so don't overdo the Anastrozole. Balance is key.

On the other hand, it seems like every Tom, Dick, and Harry is on TRT, even guys in their mid 20s. Which to me sounds like it’s being WAYYY over prescribed like adderral, Xanax etc., whether this is due to financial kickbacks between doctors and drug companies, who knows.

It’s because Low T clinics have popped up all over the place and are pushing it on middle aged men with shifty sex lives.

Legitimate treatment for it from someone’s regular doctor is completely normal and has been a treatment regimen for years.

Maybe they just liked to eat wieners?

All the low-t guys I know are CrossFit junkies. And we’re before their diagnosis. Pretty sure CrossFit causes low-t.

That isn't true, the elimination half life is closer to seven days, but even if it was at the 4.5 that some studies claim, still have over half the dose in the system at the four day mark.

Sorry I should have been more clear. For the effective ranges it's almost done at 4 four days.
