I hear it as well. Don’t believe I’ve ever heard a flare this far out before.

Its the low rumble of my electric meter spinning from heat being controlled by my wife.

So no one knows what the hell it is? I hear it in briarwood. I can hear it in my house. Getting aggravating.

I think it is the Dow Flaring. It's a sizable flare and the cold temperatures must make the sound carry farther. We can always hear the low rumble sound in Riverbend Subdivision (near LSU) when they are flaring.
