Be careful when you eat too many of those. They still have a lot of carbs and can frick with your stomach.

Be sure to hit up fiber filled veggies like broccoli and cauliflower.

What do green beans do to your stomach?

I have them twice a week maybe.

Keto is the extreme low carb diet. Not necessary at all for weight loss.

that chart is misleading as it implies you stay under 50g of carbs for intermittent fasting every day. that's only on days you don't work out. you can have puttadaforkdown level carbs on workout days.

It works. I don't count calories or any of that jazz, but cutting sugar out, aiming for around 30g of carbs a day (mostly from veggies) , and exercising 3-4 times a week has me a few lbs lighter in about 1.5 months (220 to 202).

Give it a chance.

Eta: Don't cheat as much as I do though. Lol.

Twice a week is fine. If you eat them everyday, well, then it can screw over your digestive system.

I interpreted your post as eating them everyday with meals

We eat them twice a week or so as well. On prep days we grill chicken, fish and buffalo steaks and steam cauliflower, broccoli and cook some other options too, including green beans, and then add in quinoa and brown rice.

I'm just happy cherries are back in season.

How? 50% of the carbs are fiber. How does that tear your stomach up?

Some people just can't handle too much of the "musical fruit".

Beans beans the musical fruit,
The more you eat the more you toot,
The more you toot the better you feel,
So let's eat beans at every meal.
