You get a cheat day each week where you can go off the reservation.

So, if Bus wants a cookie, he can have one.

Low carb is totally sustainable. It requires self-discipline, which I would say is the bigger issue.

Low carb diets are noted for the preservation of lean body mass. As with any diet, don't go for too extreme of a deficit, and make sure intaking adequate protein.

Cut your sugar and processed carb intake.

The problem is that sugar substitute isn't good for you either. It is really more about finding a balance.

Healthiest diet is a Mediterranean diet, lowers cholesterol and BP the most compared to any other diet.

I've been making #Gainz and burning fat on keto.

It's working for me. I have a cheat meal on Sunday, and some beers on the weekend.

It is sustainable. Not sure why people are saying it isn't.

Yes. I have a female friend who ate less than 50 carbs a day, no alcohol/grains/fruit/dairy for 3 months and lost 30#. She didn't need to lose the weight but she looks hot as frick (no pics) now.

Now, if we can just get Evil Little Thing to do the same, and meet me for "a round of golf"

I've always liked this chart.

Keto is the extreme low carb diet. Not necessary at all for weight loss.

I did buy a few cases of green beans a while back at Sam's.

I think they're helping with this gut disappearing act.

They are the secret ingredient. Just make sure you get the unsalted.

Got'em

It's nice not having to worry about a side. I'm always like, well we've got green beans!
