First few mornings are an adjustment. I don’t care who you are. Main thing is it throws my bowels off. I’m using to taking a dump before work. Didn’t happen this morning.

There's such a thing as sharing too much!

Who doesn’t love driving to work when it’s dark at shite in the morning.

The darkness till around 7:40am is weird, and the sunlight later in the day was starting to get into an ok range at standard time especially on clear days. I do like having more daylight later in the day, but Spring forward probably could be pushed to the end of March or maybe even into April.

But fall back date needs to stay the same or even get pushed into November. That change hits me harder. I have already had some time to gradually get used to there being less and less light early, but the week before I will be driving around at sunset or just before sunset and always think about how it is going to suck the following week when doing the same drive will be at night and even with some earlier drives with bad overcast or rainy days with dense clouds blocking the sun.

I dont remember them complaining in December when the same shite was happening.

probably because its winter and it is a slow, gradual shift to shorter days

and plenty of people complain about lack of sunshine in winter

depression spikes in the winter

its just the drastic shift that gets people

The complaint was about sunlight at 7am.

The reason people do not complain about the same amount of sunlight at 7am in December is because they would be complaining to God. Or the Earth. Or the Sun. And that is retarded.

They are truly happy when they can lay their life's trials and tribulations at the feet of someone else.

It is one small aspect of the tribalism on this board.

pretty sure the hate for the time changes is universally hated, but ok

I think the vast majority of people are in the "just pick one and stick with it camp"

Loving the time change check in

I used to hate the time change when I worked. Now retired and it just doesn’t matter. I am actually suprised how little I care about this now!

I’m always driving to work in the dark no matter what. I prefer the extended daylight hours in the afternoon. Checking in.

It's dark when I wake up at 5 or 6 anyway. Exponentially prefer more daylight in the evenings when I can use it.
