tincture
The only product being offered at this time is tincture? No gummies, chocolate or flower?

*Please note, having visited dispensaries in Oregon and Colorado, you can bet back water Louisiana will be decades behind these states. The tax in Co is 26% yet this poor arse state cannot see this movement as a positive to all....including the state itself.

WHO is BLOCKING THE LEGALIZATION AND WHY!!!!!!!!

The drug will be available in a liquid form and come in three different strengths from $100 to $180 an ounce.

So they’re selling weed pens? It still gets you high though, right?

Ounce of the oil for 100 seems cheap.

No. It's a liquid you ingest orally. It's not vaped. That's still illegal.

Tincture/edibles can be a psychedelic trip sometimes. Smoke or vaping it is a totally different high. It’s usually more mellow/enjoyable. LA needs to figure this out.

It's going to broaden to people abusing the shite out of the system. My back hurts, give me some pot

The sad thing is that when marijuana addicts withdraw from it they have pains like this. It’s called fibromyalgia

It’s amazing to me that in 2019 people vote against this.

My MIL passed away with stage 4 cancer last year and the only thing that eased her pain was cannabis.

Just think we have too many baby boomers who grew up with the frying egg commercials and “this is your brain of drugs”

They are brainwashed.

I don’t think the cartel growers will go out of business, they will just change drugs to ones that are more profitable.

Growing weed may be bad for the environment but cooking meth would be far worse.

Baby Boomers were the people smoking weed in the 60s.

Generation Y is the generation with the “this is your brain on drugs” commercials.

Are people really buying shitty Mexican ditch weed?

I figure most of it is sourced from growers in the US.

_____

I think cartel weed will stick around a while as a cheaper alternative.

As to whether more people getting high... I’m not sure it’s a good thing. I tend to think that things run more smoothly when people aren’t high, or drunk or otherwise under the influence of mind altering substances.

It’ll be a fun little experiment tho

The reason there are “too many” of us baby boomers is because we know drugs are bad and don’t do them unlike you stupid millennials who are all dying of overdoses

Do you pay them on their off time? If they show up to work and do a good job then what does it matter how they enjoy their free time at home? Whether it’s drinking a whiskey or smoking a doobie.

Come on man, you know this state runs a for-profit prison system. If they legalize weed here a lot of people lose money, and they could give a frick if it helps the state/ keeps people out of jail.
