Louisiana Toll By Plate

Memorial Day Weekend I went to Grand Isle and crossed the Leeville Bridge.
I know it is toll by plate since I don’t have a Geaux Pass and maybe cross once or twice a year.
I still have not gotten my notice to pay.
Do do calendar month bills or wait until you get a few crossing in before sending you the bill?

You woke up worried about a toll fee of $3.50 6 weeks after? weird

you've probably got warrants now.

I actually am in the same boat. Had to go pre-memorial day to Fourchon for work and still haven’t gotten anything in the mail.

I've gotten my bill from Memorial Day already. The company running the tolls now sucks, so no telling what happened.

Log into the Geaux Pass site and pay it.

I got a toll by plate bill from Texas. I haven't been to Texas in over two years and the plate was in the front and while it's the same numbers as my plate is obvious it's not a Louisiana plate.
But Texas makes it such a pain to contest it. I tried on the website but my captcha failed even though I know I did it right. Every time it fails you have to start over with a blank slate. Call the 800 number and after a long wait no one answers.
It's so stupid. I sent in a letter with a picture of my plate and explained no one in Louisiana has front plates. It's obviously not me. I'm for sure not paying this $18 toll.

Everything was a lot simpler when we’d have to pay at the booth, one vehicle at a time, backing traffic up for miles…

You should’ve gotten it by now.
I think you may be able to go to the website and use your plate # to find your fee.

My credit card got charged for a toll on Illinois Tollways, claiming they detected my plate at 7:30 AM on June 27. There are a few questions about this as I haven't driven in Illinois since September of 2021 and at the time and date they cited I was at East Jeff Hospital getting surgery. I emailed them and received a response the next day that said it was their error and they credited back the charge. I then went to my account and canceled the credit card payment option.

Long time ago (over 10 years) they weren’t even pursuing tolls
Hundreds of thousands of La. 1 toll violators not pursued and tolls not collected: state audit

It took us awhile to get one from Texas as well

Normally takes about 60 days. April 12 trip and I didn't get notice until June 8. Got the transponder now and it bills immediately.

Well that makes sense.
They can wait for their money, it is not like I need the Geaux Pass for the commuter or residential rate.
