Louisiana Politics at its best

I grew up in Louisiana but the more i read things like this it just makes me glad i will never have to live there again. Cant even take care of the people that need it the most.

Eventually somebody has to pay for this stuff, and the state just hemorrhages money paying for other useless shite.
Our roads are terrible, our infrastructure is old, and our tax increases just get used to pay for more insane pork.

I remember years ago, the justification for a state lottery was it would make up for the lack in state budget and afford teachers a raise.
Next was riverboat gambling, then.. the boats could stay docked. Now, basically.. its casinos next to water! Lol
We still have worse paid teachers in the country and budget shortages.... smh

Just one more thing to add to the list;
-Nation’s worst healthcare
-Nation’s worst economy
-Highest percentage of STDs in the country
-Highest percentage of children attending private schools by far
-Nation’s worst performing education system
-Near the bottom in health because everyone is fat
-Near the bottom in wages despite COL not being THAT low.
-Highest sales tax in the country with nothing to show for it.
-No jobs to speak of unless; you want to work offshore, in a plant, or somewhere related to O&G.
We simply don’t do anything well... can’t get out of our own way, but at least we have crawfish and gumbo... and I love those things as much as anyone but we are losing out on an opportunity to attract any new residents to this state. We need out of state residents to relocate here to balance out the percentage of culcha and hopefully discontinue allowing race to dictate the outcomes of our elections.
-Nation’s worst healthcare
-Nation’s worst economy
-Highest percentage of STDs in the country
-Highest percentage of children attending private schools by far
-Nation’s worst performing education system
-Near the bottom in health because everyone is fat
-Near the bottom in wages despite COL not being THAT low.
-Highest sales tax in the country with nothing to show for it.
