I believe every state has the same amount of inbred trashy people who think it's ok to throw shite out of their car windows or dump their rubbish in a ditch on a rural road.

Believe in one hand and shite in the other. See what fills up faster.

Trashy people and cheap government. I would much rather see non-violent offenders picking up trash on weekends than spending time in jail.

I moved from a Parish road onto Louisiana Hwy 2 about three years ago. I can't believe how much trash I've had to pick up DAILY along my roadfront since living here. Sure our local governments don't police it very well, but the sheer amount of overwhelmingly trashy people make it impossible to keep up. Can't imagine the money they'd spend if they tried to keep it policed. Trashy gonna trash...

Instead of locking the nonviolent offenders in a cell for 23 hours a day they should be picking up trash for 10-12 hours a day. Sitting in bed or playing cards is probably what those petty thugs would be doing anyway.

We sure got enough dindu nuffins in prison to walk the damn highways picking up trash. But thanks to the ACLU and SJWs its probably considered harsh conditions to make prisoners actually work their arse off for the community they violated.

Louisiana is a shithole and always has been and always will be. Just think of youre family. Everyone has "those cousins" that no one wants to be around because they are pieces of shite.

I would have never thought of Nebraska, North or South Dakota as being trashy. I've never been to them though. As far as California and Illinois I don't recall having seen a bunch of litter when I was there.

There were some trashy people in California when I lived there but no more than I've experienced in other places. I guess we lived in a pretty decent area though. I will say I didn't like how materialistic and self-absorbed they were.

Let's see how we can detail you're full of shite: California West Virginia Texas Mississipii Alabama Nevada Colorado South dakota North dakota Kentucky Pennsylvania New york Illinois Ohio Nebraska The continent of africa that isn't South The continent of Asia that isn't japan or Singapore Greece Italy Spain Eastern Europe The entirety of south America with the exception of a few islands and the German areas. In short, traveling to the airport doesn't mean you have traveled within a country.

They should offer drastically shorter sentences to nonviolent offenders who willingly participate in chain gangs 7 days a week and show good behavior.

ETAL

Making it voluntary and shortening non-violent sentences will keep SJWs at bay.

Meth meth and more meth.

Cept for illinois...they have crack and meth.

Our roads are cleaner and better than most.

Ten years ago, not so much. But everyone else seems to have just given up when that downturn really kicked in.

You'd think how fast they can turn campus from a beer can and vomit nightmare into a pristine learning environment.

I rarely see people throwing trash out of their windows, but not saying it doesn't happen. Here's what I do see:

Trash flying out of pickup trucks.
Trash flying out of garbage truck's with top
loaders.

Ascension parish is no expection. Just this morning a parish crew was mowing Hwy 44 and didn't bother picking up the trash first. Now, one piece of trash just turned into 50 pieces of the trash.

yeah, one of my favorite guys to fish with just throws every can and piece of trash overboard. I started bringing a trash bag and loading everything up, but i have to watch it like a hawk to keep him from throwing that over too.

Louisiana has some of the best and friendliest people in the country and also has some of the trashiest when it comes to the physical appearance of their surroundings. Living on a well-traveled roadway, I've just about given up trying to keep the ditches in front of our house free of litter. It's a never-ending battle and it all starts with poor parenting.

yeah, it goes beyond littering too. seems more likely to be from poor education, along multiple generations, which covers your parenting.
