You always see amazing elastic snap backs after winter events in the south.

I’m supposed to land in Nola at 1:25 I think getting in won’t be a problem, but what about someone being able to leave BR and come get us and bring us back? You think by then that the roads will be ok? I don’t care if we have to sit in the airport a while, even if we have to wait until 4-5 for them to let roads thaw.

Also wondering about NOLA—>BR today. Wanted to go this morning but it was freezing rain in Nola and was going to be snowing in BR by the time I got there so I held off. Is there going to be a window of opportunity before noon or is that passing?

New Orleans will be over fitty degrees today after the front passes. You'll be fine if you leave around 3 or 4. You might have to drive through some thunderstorms but it'll be all rain.

I would wait awhile and see whats up, check in with LSP for road closures. Etc. I think you will be fine

That is why I am not complaining one bit about this stuff. I can handle the cold. There is no way to handle upper 90's and 100% humidity.
