I see what they are trying to do….and totally agree with it. However, if the 1st degree murder charge is not adequate, why not “fix” that law instead of creating some more confusing laws. Seems like they are just creating another equally vague law that has the potential to be abused.

Doesn’t matter. Hillar’s office will never pursue 1st degree murder. I can’t tell you how many 1st degree arrests I made but they’d always indict on 2nd degree.
