Louisiana drunk driver on I-12 crashes into LA State Police vehicle

Pulling a DtG here with a reddit find, but I thought the OT would be interested in seeing this. Video is from a cellphone of people following a drunk driver while on I-12 in Tangipahoa Parish while talking to the cops on the phone. Truck is serving all over the place, eventually plows into LA State Police vehicle.

looks like the same video, or a replay of the same type of incident that happened and was posted about 3 years ago. same roadway, same type of state trooper vehicle, woman describing whereabouts to police dispatcher. Everything is identical. This has to be the old video. I believe that LSP has updated all of their SUV's now anyway.
