Can businesses reopen if they require their customers to dress like looters?

Thanks again for doing this even on the weekend!
I just dont know where the cases are coming from. We seem to have plateaued around 450 cases daily and 5% positive. However, I dont know anyone with it and no one seems to know anyone with it. People dont seem to be going to the hospital with it either. I just dont know where the cases are. Are there that many in nursing homes and prisons?

So the number of hospitalized is at 40% of where it was a month ago? Would be interested to see the makeup of the hospitalized. I'll bet a huge portion were near death without regard to Covid. This thing is over. Time to resume all normal activity.

Yes, mass testing of large groups and finding people that are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms

Interesting tidbit, FWIW...
Last week an “official notification” was received by first responders of a new Covid case at a particular address. Turns out the resident, who lived alone, died of Covid in April.
Think these numbers are legit and/or current?

My Grandpas nursing home is on its 2nd round of testing
From what I understand from another poster they are testing all negatives every 2 weeks
They did not have an uptick in cases from the 1st round of testing, all the rooms are private which may have helped
