Has there ever been a round of tests that had less than 1-2% positives?
I feel like there is a base level of false positives we will never break through. Just like the African president who found positive testing farm animals and birds.
Test enough asymptomatic nursing home patients and you will find cases

Rolling averages are a very good way to see the actual trends in the data, as is keeping close watch on hospitalization in light to total tests and positives. The trends have been positive for more than a month. The first wave is over.

Quick glance says lowest number is 2.4% on 5/3 (8,400 tests) & 5/26 (10k+ tests)
