They've damn near tested everybody in Louisiana now though.

Are you basing this on the total # of tests?
No one in my family (including my mom who had back surgery at OLOL) or group of friends has been tested other than my Grandpa who is tested weekly at the nursing home

but I think there is worry about the typical flu hospitalizations plus any covid hospitalizations causing health care strain. They've damn near tested everybody in Louisiana now though.

No doubt. I’m the only person in my family who hasn’t been tested. I figure if everyone else keeps testing negative I’m good.

Yeah I was being hyperbolic. Only one person I'm close with has gotten tested and it's because she works in a nursing home so she's tested regularly. 1.5 million tests reported in a state of 4.5 million people is bananas.

I’ve had a headache, sinus pressure, stuffy nose and an infrequent cough. My husband “suggested” maybe considering getting tested. Nope. Never would have gone for the doc for this before now and still won’t.

Never had fever. Never had body aches. Never lost sense of smell or taste.

I mean you can’t cough or sneeze randomly without people looking at you.

Due to people taking covid precautions, this flu season has been very light in the Southern Hemisphere.

I would love to know the actual # of people tested

I would also like to see the numbers broken down with & without nursing homes & jails

Will never happen

Jbe will be along shorty to tell you daily positive % is actually closer to 14 therefore we must continue with these mitigation measures.
