I just hope that he gives a disclaimer that these new deaths did NOT occur because they were tested yesterday but a while ago. I know people will freak out and call to have it "all shut down" because they don't understand. I'd try to tell them what I've learned from here but they don't listen so it's not worth my time.

Literally every number listed is good except the deaths. And deaths are a massive lag. If you want reference go check out Spain, their deaths were parallel to Italy and they’re opening back up their economy as we speak.

That’s a good thing, vents are one of the more archaic intrusive methods of treatments.

The only indicator trending upwards is deaths. And it's going to do such because of the presumable data dump from a 3-day weekend.
If you take the last 4 days of deaths reported (248) and average them out over those 4 days, we're on the decline.
Deaths will go down on the 7-day rolling average if 69 or less deaths are reported Wednesday, FYI.

yes,,,,treatment has changed so Dr's arnt putting as many people on vets as they were PLUS the number of deaths is up but those deaths could have happened 4-5 days ago

we are under projected deaths etc, so that's great
with that said, we are still trending upwards on rolling averages so until we get on the other side of the curve (downslope) than we still have some time.
the interesting thing will be to see what happens in a 10-14 days from now bc of the easter get-togethers

YES! It's great to see that drop in hospitalzatations. For some reason, the prospect of having to deal with overcrowded hospitals is something that I would be really adverse to.

you do realize some areas will start decline while other areas are peaking.....WE will start to see some areas doing better sooner than others....

Many coroners didn't work this weekend. Ebr had 14 deaths that he didn't report until yesterday. There is a difference between his number and the state because he is counting the baby that was miscarried due to the virus, but the state is not counting it.
