The heart failure was quite possibly caused by the virus.

No way to prove or disprove if it was the virus' fault. Sounds like the kid had a weak heart to begin with but did this virus put enough stress on his system to lead to the heart failure? You die and test positive for this there isn't any reason not to count it. In the end we all die of heart failure.

Testing is what that increase means. Without complete testing of the whole population you can't really depend on those numbers. Especially anything the state of Louisiana is going.

It could be the same people who were supposed to be inspecting the Hard Rock on NO.

“Louisiana officials’ practice is to include anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 and died in their tally of deaths related to the coronavirus, which on Thursday stood at 83 statewide. It is possible that individuals on the list died as a result of another condition that they had in addition to COVID-19.”

What about other states practice?

Is everyone practicing the same game?

You can trust the numbers, just understand that if someone snorts 5lbs of cocaine and their heart explodes while having covid, they will count as a covid death in Louisiana for now

Advertisi
If they come into the hospital, get treated, and then die while having covid they will be counted

I hope they will take out these deaths eventually. Just saying they are included for now

Wait, you don't think rates are an important factor?

Death rate is, the number of cases is not because they don’t test everyone. As best I can tell the testing is limited and they only test sick people. T

thats some fricked up shite...is this information online somewhere where it shows who is and who wouldnt be counted as a COVID death?

What if I have COVID and jump off a 25 story building and I'm DOA? Am I counted? What about if I blow my brains out?
