District 2 would remain majority minority. District 5 would be 54% black & 51% white.

Why is that not the map? It can’t be because that map jeopardizes Letlow’s seat (our most junior representative) instead of Graves’ seat (who Jeff Landry doesn’t like) can it?


Will add if the legislature doesn't act this is the map the courts will eventually make us use.

It’s pathetic the VRA is “protecting” citizens in some states, counties, townships more than in others (or basically labeling certain other people in them as discriminatory and must seek clearance from feds for any election law changes).
