Everyone taking the bar puts an alias on their exam so the graders don't know whose exam it is.
The results are public record, but they list real names for the people who pass and the fake names for people who fail.

Yeah, pretty much. Females are making better grades and getting the good jobs. They are pretty much crushing it. Diversity efforts help their cause as well.

If you just passed and go into major litigation with a good firm, be prepared and comfortable with the fact that you don't know shite about practicing law. The next 2-3 years will have a steep learning curve and you will feel like you are floundering. Then, one day you will hear yourself explaining things on a phone call or in court and and realize that you know what you're doing, sort of, and making the right decisions. Eventually you are training new associates who actually come to your dumb arse for professional guidance. Just be humble, take good advice, and most importantly IDENTIFY YOUR WEAKNESSES.
