Tulane has a better overall quality of student than LSU. Better bar passage rates or not.

What's the rate of lawyers retiring? Does the LSBA keep this info?

I would also like to know this broken down by age cohort. I think I know more under 40 lawyers just quitting the "profession" than I know over 60 lawyers legitimately retiring.

Old lawyers never retire. They work until death. A few firms might have forced retirement but I don't think it's many.

Test must have been way too easy. Passage rate was in the fifties when I took it.

They've been talking about the retirement of Baby Boomer lawyers since I graduated law school. It doesn't exist.

I've argued cases in court where opposing counsel was in a coffin.

Cap the amount of people put through the schools in relation to people retiring and job availability. They don't flood the market like law schools
