Fact - If there were less lawyers, there would be less need for lawyers.

Due to Corona, it took me 3 months and 5 reschedules to take my Real Estate Exam. They cancelled my test each time within 5 days of the exam date... Albeit, I was in Commiefornia at the time.

yep. Staying in your lane is very important to avoid malpractice suits and bar complaints. Either of which will require the retention of another lawyer to represent you.

Sucks for those that have been hired on full time with contingent permanent employment along with pay increase based on passing the bar..

Why can they not take the tests 6 feet apart?

Took the bar years ago in an auditorium and we were spaced apart 6+ feet to prevent cheating. So I know for a fact it can be done.

As others already said, it's pretty shitty to deny these people the opportunity to take the test they've dedicated the last several years of their life to. With the economy in the shitter it was already going to be hard to find jobs, but even moreso if you have to tell employers you're not licensed and have no ability to get licensed.

Hope they all specialized in constitutional law. Awful lot of government takings going on lately..

When I took it, we were probably spaced that far apart anyway.

They had split groups up across several state sites, LC, BR, Nola, Shreveport. Students would have been 6 ft apart. Had to wear masks. Had to pay good money to use own computers. Yet they cancel. Jeez.

am going to guess 1 of 2 things 1. we're about to have another shut down and LASC has been ahead of the curve on them 2. they had major security/administration issues with the online testing

Fingers crossed for Option #2.....
