I seriously doubt 90-95% of posters here are current LA residents, that number seems wayyyy too high. I mean.....the founder of this site doesn't even live in LA.

It's a very liberal estimate.
Conservative estimate is probably 10-12 points below that.
But of course, to really determine this, you would need IP address tracking data or maybe a survey thread where everybody posts their current state.

Love the food. Wish Incould see more games at Tiger Stadium and family a little more. With that said,
North La is pretty much every scene from Footloose.
South La smells, roads are garbage (infrastructure as a whole really), and topography is awful

No it isn't. I know a lot of people from Lafayette, and none of them are even remotely trashy or guido-esque. A lot of then went to LSU and are proud of it. And as far as I know they do not have inferiority complexes. Do these types exist in Lafayette? Yeah, and they exist elsewhere. That doesn't mean all of Lafayette is like that. Lafayette is awesome.
