I heard it was a TLP Semi-submersible Jackup Spar LNG Facility with sub sea tie backs that exploded in lake ponchartrain owned by Petrobras


Just what I heard, can’t be sure though

The pictures sure don’t look like that. But I suspect something was going on because of the number of people. Maybe a work over or a circulation or something. Boom happened during daylight so it could have been almost anything.
