This is such bullshite.
This “service road” is basically part of the damn interstate and the speed limit is 45 mph!! They sit on the backside of it and get people as they are speeding up to enter I10 before Siegen.
It should be at least 60.

True story. State police had to remove Kenner PD from I10 during Katrina evacuation because they were posted up writing seat belt tickets.
