Lost mine at 45 recently as well. Also to cancer. It's a tough road man. I'm not gonna lie. Sorry to hear that. Wish I had profound advice for you, but the best thing I can tell you is that you will find a way to have happiness and grief at the same time, but it takes a while

Cancer sucks. Lost my daughter in 11, she was 38, married with two beautiful children and a great husband. The world was her oyster, and cancer shucks her right away. It only took a little over a year, but the pain has lingered and will for the rest of my life. What helps is remembering the good times and her two kids. Keep her life and her soul alive inside you.
